Synopsis[]

Alice has destroyed the talisman and everyone is in shock – now they have absolutely no way of getting Andy back. Whilst the gang debate this, a figure emerges from the bush...

Plot[]

After Felix, Sam, and Ellen sit Oscar down on a tree branch, Jake angrily confronted Felix over giving Alice the talisman in order to save Oscar from falling from the tree. Felix tries to claim that he had to make a choice, but Jake retorts that his choice affects all of them. Ellen asks Jake what he would have done, but Jake doesn't answer. Sam realizes that Phoebe and Alice are gone.

Felix and Ellen don't get why Alice destroyed the talisman while Sam doesn't get why Alice trapped Andy in Negative Space. Felix reveals that Alice was trying to stop them from bringing Andy back. Jake brings up how Alice was happy to have Felix on her side, enraging Felix and Ellen. Felix angrily asks what he was supposed to do. Jake replies that he was not supposed to destroy their only chance of getting Andy back. Sam and Ellen say that someone had to do something. Jake angrily questions if they think Felix did the right thing. Ellen replies by asking if he wanted to let Oscar fall, which hurts Jake. They hear a sound coming from the bush. Jake, not wanting to find out who is hiding behind the bush, runs off, with Sam and Ellen following behind, but Felix and Oscar remain behind. Roland approaches Felix and Oscar and starts to question them.

Sam, Jake, and Ellen realize that they have left Felix and Oscar behind and go back for them. They find them being questioned by Roland. Jake and Ellen decide that they need a distraction, prompting Sam to use his elemental power to create a twister around Roland. Jake seizes the opportunity to help Felix carry Oscar away. Sam and Ellen follow Felix, Jake, and Oscar as Roland vows to prove that the boys are involved with Andy's disappearance.

Felix, Sam, Ellen, and Oscar sit on a bench while Jake paces back and forth. Oscar says that he never should have believed Alice. Felix reassures his brother that it wasn't his fault. Jake angrily says that most of them could have figured out a way to save Oscar from falling from the tree. Felix angrily retorts that he had to make a call. Jake retorts that a call Felix makes is a disaster. This enrages Felix, who angrily accuses Jake of abandoning him and Oscar, enraging Jake into pushing Felix. This enrages Sam, who angrily snaps at Felix and Jake to stop arguing, then says that they need to figure out what to do. Jake wonders if Sam was talking about Alice, but Felix retorts that Sam was really talking about Roland, as he saw Oscar running and will not stop trying to prove that they are responsible for Andy's disappearance. Sam and Ellen talk about erasing Roland's hard drive. Felix gets an idea to wipe Roland's memory. Jake reminds Felix that the talisman is destroyed. Oscar suddenly mentions the magic tablet that Alice had used on him. Sam doubts that Alice could give them the tablet, but Jake believes that she wasn't going to do it voluntarily, before running off to Phoebe and Alice's house. Ellen suggests that they follow Jake, but Sam says that they need to get Oscar home.

Jake pounds on the window of Phoebe's kombi at her and Alice's house, calling out to the latter. Jake sees Saskia in the kombi and realizes that Alice has turned her back into a golem.

On the bus ride to Felix's house, Ellen expresses her worry over Jake not answering his phone. Oscar reassures her, telling her, Felix, and Sam to drop him off and then go to Phoebe and Alice's house.

Jake confronts Phoebe and Alice, accusing the latter of what she did to Andy, Oscar, and Saskia. Alice says that Jake destroyed Saskia by making her feel things. Jake angrily retorts that Alice is the one who destroyed Saskia because she stopped obeying her. Jake gets so enraged that he uses his elemental power to create a large hole in the garden, and Phoebe and Alice are unable to get him to stop until he is calmed down by Felix and Sam, who have arrived along with Ellen. Felix tells Phoebe that Roland saw the talisman explode. Phoebe says that they can't prove anything, proving Sam right. Felix tells Phoebe and Alice that they need help casting a memory-wiping spell on Roland. Roland arrives as well and questions them about the hole Jake created. Sam and Ellen claim that they were fracking and Felix and Jake agree with them.

Inside, Roland questions the boys, Ellen, Phoebe, and Alice about Andy's disappearance. Phoebe secretly lets Jake give Felix the tablet for him to put in his bag by claiming that she and Alice are happy to go to the police station after speaking to their lawyer. Sam claims that he, Felix, and Jake need a lawyer as well.

While helping Felix create a circle for Sam and Ellen to lead Roland to, Jake apologizes to him for his anger over him giving Alice the talisman in order to save Oscar from falling from the tree, to which Felix accepts the apology. Jake expresses his wish to have Andy back and to have a sibling like Felix, Andy, and Sam, leading Felix to agree with him.

After Ellen tells Felix on the phone that she and Sam are coming, Felix gives Jake the tablet. Jake offers Felix to do the spell, but Felix insists that Jake should do it, to which Jake agrees.

Sam, Ellen, and Roland finally arrive at the circle. Sam gets into the circle and goads Roland into getting in as well. As Jake starts casting the spell, Sam starts sealing the circle. Once Sam has finished sealing the circle, he tries to run, but Roland grabs him and pulls him back in.

After Jake finishes casting the spell, unaware that it has inadvertently switched Sam and Roland's bodies, he deletes the video on Roland's phone, as Ellen is intrigued by ley lines on a map. As Felix, Jake, and Ellen take Roland, in Sam's body, away, Sam, in Roland's body, realizes that they have abandoned him.
